Evidence CA enhances employees’ financial literacy through the game ‘Cashflow’.

Almost everyone has financial goals. In a bid to bolster the professional growth of its workforce, Evidence Central Asia has taken proactive steps to elevate the level of financial literacy among its employees. To achieve this goal, the company partnered with Nurlan Beyshbaev, the esteemed founder of Cashflow in Kyrgyzstan, to organize an immersive and impactful gaming experience.

Cashflow is a board game developed by Robert Kiyosaki, the author of the bestseller “Rich Dad Poor Dad”. It is designed to help players understand the basics of financial management, investing, and creating passive income.

The game involves 5-7 players competing against each other to become financially independent and achieve financial freedom. The game lasts for several rounds, each representing “game years”. The goal of the game is to be the first to achieve freedom from financial obligations and build a passive income that exceeds your expenses.

During the game, players move around the game board making various financial decisions such as buying and selling assets (real estate, businesses, stocks), investing in assets, managing debt, etc. During the game, players encounter various financial situations reflecting real life and learn to analyze their decisions and their consequences.

This exciting game became a point of understanding for employees about their financial habits, blocks and financial stereotypes. The game created realistic situations reflecting the financial challenges of today’s market. Participants not only immersed themselves in the game process, but also realized the importance of their financial decisions. At the end of the game, Nurlan provided each participant valuable feedback and a detailed analysis of their financial behavior.
