Sofiian Ushirova

Sofiian Ushirova is a researcher with a master’s degree in journalism from Zhejiang University. She has experience as a research analyst and field researcher focusing on field data collection, monitoring and evaluation of various projects. Her main area of research focuses on gender research aimed at empowering women, promoting employment and market accessibility for the least protected, and also on climate change research. Possesses skills in processing both quantitative and qualitative data. In her practice, Sofiian has conducted and participated in more than 12 studies.
