An HR anthropological assessment of the organizational environment.
There are various internal issues within companies that affect labor productivity:
- Employee turnover
- Negative team environment
- Poor communication
- Conflict between organizational culture and employees’ attitudes towards it.
- Mismatch between employees’ personal goals and company goals, etc.
Using anthropology to understand the needs and desires of employees can contribute to achieving the HR goal of creating more productive teams.
