The awareness of being citizens of a country not by passport, but by allegiance to one’s ideals and values, is a powerful resource that can provide impetus for the development and prosperity of the country. The problems of social disunity and the formation of civil identity today affect the personal space, comfort, security, and prospects of every individual. The questions “Who are we?” and “What to do?” constantly concern all Kyrgyzstanis. Within this direction, starting from 2022, our team began studying the values of our citizens. Civil identity is interconnected with the values of society, which typically serve as the foundation for their formation. These societal values are passed down from generation to generation and shape collective beliefs about what is important and valuable for citizens. Therefore, supporting and promoting societal values can be a condition for strengthening civic values. We believe that through comprehensive study of the values and behaviors of our citizens, we can contribute to the country’s development model.

The research methodology allows us to measure the values of the target audience and develop solutions tailored to their needs. This research is conducted once every three years.
